I am beyond excited to share this news with all of you! Thank you so much for encouraging me to publish this book. I would not have done this without so many of you encouraging me to do it. Honestly, I didn't even think about it until several of you suggested it. I received my first copies this week. It is available online at Amazon and Barnes and Noble for preorder and it will be ready for distribution June 6. Just search the book title and my name and it comes up!
My goal in writing this has always been to give people a manageable way to read through the Bible in just a few minutes a day. I am convinced that God's Word has the answers to all the issues we face in this life. It is our guidebook He has given us to help us navigate every situation we encounter. It is our source of strength, comfort, wisdom, and peace, but it can't help us sitting on a shelf. We can't just pull it out when we are experiencing a crisis. It is meant for daily use. I am equally convinced that we can't just pick and choose the parts we like and ignore the rest. We need to be familiar with ALL of God's Word. If it was important enough to be included then it is something that we need to hear. I have found in my own life that the more I read His Word, the better I am able to understand it. Reading through it every year I am beginning to see the connections that I have missed in the past and how it all ties together as one amazing book pointing to the Messiah, Jesus. My prayer is that everyone who reads it will be drawn into a more intimate relationship with Him.
If you are in the Bowling Green area, I am planning a book launch on June 17from 4-7pm at Q Cafe. I will have copies available then to buy. I will share more details about that later. Also, my friend Gina Graham, will be selling the book at her store, Creative Interiors, in Bowling Green. If anyone knows of any other places that might be willing to sell my book, please let me know. Also, if you know of anyone that might be interested in the book, please share the information with them. Thank you again for pushing me to publish it!
